MACO Data Collector — Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope
MACO Data Collector is operated by Maco Agency OÜ, Estonian registry code 12915093. Contact: kristina@maco.agency.
These terms apply to the local MACO Data Collector reporting tool. It is currently used for MACO’s own marketing measurement by authorised operators. It is not offered as a public self-service product. Separate agreements govern any agency services.
2. Authorised use
Use is limited to operators authorised by Maco Agency OÜ. You may connect only Google accounts and properties that you have permission to access and use for the intended reporting purpose. Do not use the tool to access another person’s data without authority or to bypass Google’s access controls.
3. Google access and reporting
With the Google account holder’s consent, the tool reads Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 reports from configured properties. It requests read-only access. It does not change website content, Google account settings or advertising campaigns.
Reports support period comparisons, measurement checks and human review. They may reflect reporting delays, incomplete coverage, thresholds or later source corrections. Check the relevant dates, filters and limitations before relying on a report. People remain responsible for business decisions.
4. Privacy and credentials
Our Privacy Policy, including its MACO Data Collector section, describes Google data access, use, storage, sharing and deletion. Protect the computer and access credentials used by the tool. Do not share access tokens or client secrets with unauthorised recipients.
5. Ending access
You can revoke the tool’s access in your Google Account connections settings. Revocation prevents future authorised collection but does not automatically delete previously downloaded records. Contact kristina@maco.agency about deletion or access problems.
6. Availability and changes
The tool is under development. Its availability depends on the local computer, Google services and valid authorisation. Continuous availability or particular business results are not guaranteed. Material changes to the tool’s purpose or data access must be reviewed before use; additional Google permissions require separate consent.
Changes to these terms will be shown on this page with an updated date. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
